What's your cancellation policy? ▼
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. After that, you forfeit 50% of the rental fee. Within 6 hours: 100% charge.
Do you offer overnight bookings? ▼
Absolutely. Standard rates apply per hour, or we can negotiate overnight packages for multi-day productions. Contact us for custom pricing.
Can you bring in outside gear? ▼
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cameras and gear. We have power, rigging points, and full support infrastructure. A $500 damage deposit applies.
Is parking available? ▼
Free parking for up to 2 vehicles per booking. Large productions with trucks/vans should notify us in advance.
Do you offer production insurance? ▼
We carry comprehensive liability insurance. You can add coverage for equipment or productions through our partners. Ask during booking.
